The SpectraCyber unit is used with the C-band dish to detect hydrogen.  Software  is written specifically for doing continuum or spectral imaging of hydrogen.

We got the dish from a neighbor who no longer used the satellite service.  It was ours for just hauling it away.  We did have to buy a new actuator arm and we had a short fixed in the dish mover box.  These were fairly inexpensive items.  We cleaned and repainted the dish and set the pole in concrete.

The dish mover allows us to set the declination of the dish.  We can maually move the dish to the desired heading.
